[Release] G36E to G36E VALKYRIE Blue mod

Hey, this is flameswor10. This is the Blue variation of my G36E to G36E VALKYRIE colour mods.. Just request a colour combination and I'll do it.

For people with Rezinject, use Rezinject to inject it to the file "GUNS_T_PV_AR.rez"
For people without Rezinject, I'll be adding on the Actual .rez file later..
