No, the pub hack does not even work for us, it's all the same, except we get our updates from CF Japan or Viet. IDK if you have SOV, we already have it. And it has only been less than a year since CF PH Open Beta.

512 KBp/s is already fast in the Philippines. 1200PHP which is like 30$ @ 30$ you already have 3MBPS on Verizon.
