You must go to like t i n y p i c . c o m or something. Upload to that sit and then use the direct link (Copy paste and wrap [img][/img])around the link..
when i press upload and i upload it what im i supposed to do?
Once it is uploaded from a post , It becomes attached. The attachment is usually pending until approved. ]
If It is a PIC, Use Image Shack , Photobucket and copy the IMG tags and paste them in your post

If you upload to tinypic.com there wiill be a couple links .. Copy the bottom one and paste wrap "IMG" BB code around that link and save
