How to get your server online (Port forwarding)

This wont be sufficient to people who actually don't know how to port forward.

Unless you have dial-up where your IP changes frequently where it wouldn't be worth your time changing or updating your IP every time you login. You can make a server without hamachi, the only reason you wouldn't be able to host something from your computer is if your ISP has a restriction on a certain port your trying to use, this can be a case with common ports used for torrents and port 80 since your ISP might want you to pay extra to be able to host webservices on your connection (or want you to not be able to at all)....

Having a vid is really unneeded considering there's only about 5 steps to portforwarding.

Also for people too stupid to know this, make sure your windows firewall has the ports you want to use open, if you don't have a router just make sure your windows firewall is not blocking your program, by making sure the ports it needs are open.

Portforwarding and using Hamachi is pointless since Hamachi doesn't need any ports open since it links all the computers on a network meant to simulate a physical network between the connected computers (viruses can be spread easily amongst Hamachi networks, since security measures are degraded for the cause of emulating a Local network connection).
No-IP is preferred because it allows you to use a static name in place of your IP, and has an update client (its a download) to make sure your No-IP and current IP are coordinated.
