Okz i got to command prompt right? Then i type net user joe45 /add.
I get a thing saying system error 5 has occured access denied. Wth i know im not an admin i tried making myself 1 and i got the same message. I used to be able to do it though thats the wierd thing. Does microsoft download updates without you knowing it or what?? Im running XP..

but yeaa... XP automatically downloads updates but you can turn them off from control panel O_o all i had to say

Fuck i new somthing was up... Im trying to make my limited account an admin without getting on my dads account cause he has a password. I cant change his or make my account an admin though i used to be able to. Guess microfuck donwloaded an update to fix dat.
