nope he actually dies, a long time ago there was a comic that was made about how he dies, and they finally made an animated version of it that its coming out on DVD

I heard on a commercial it is out on DVD and OnDemad.

At the Six Flags in Chicago, Illinois (I go there often) a while into the line of Superman, The Ultimate Flight, they have boards that show each superhero and villian and their hieght weight,and eyecolor etc... in the Superman series and the board for Doomsday says he killed Superman and he's 7'3' or something.

Btw, Batman isn't really a "superhero", he has no "super powers" just gadgets.
