sudden attack video caputuring?

hi guys sorry but i really nid to ask .. how to capture sudden attack videos ?? i try fraps and some other stuffs it lags me . i go youtube see some videos dun have like FRAPS show fps, record video game movies, screen capture software on top or etc. is there a video capture in sa ? or they using something else ??

ok im sure fraps is the best but fraps lags me in game .. any idea how many FPS to put so i wont be lag ?

if u increase it it will lagg less... but it'll rape your memory

You should be okay setting the FPS higher for less lag, just make sure you don't do it too much...restart your computer beforehand.
That way it won't put too much stress on the RAM.

I actually find Xfire in game recorder works quite well apart from the fact that I have yet to figure out why I can't record sound... (probably a half-duplex sound card)

Fraps is for all games, he recored a very high quality videos.

If you can like rework the screen settings in Sony vegas, then Hycam is a good option.

If you want to use Fraps u gotta have - 800x600 resolution..
- lag free PC (fast, with lots of powaa)
- have Fraps set on 100 FPS that's kinda the best..
and also turn off the things you don't need the most.. I on'y have bullet trajectories and shadows coz it helps to kill a lot.. otherwise it would lag..

or the 2nd best thing is to record with xfire.

O just use Xfire for showing people what I can do.
