1 shot kill

i thought the 1 shot kill was patched but i went into a M.M match and there were ppl saying hacker then i played the mutants came bam 2 shots killed both

this pisses me off becuse i thought that was patched

my question is it from MPGH vip hacks or not

(this happend yesterday ) the update was prob to take out that hack
