Specialists?

Since it is Specialist month, I have a few questions.

When you get a spec, what do you get to equip? Do I get my M16A3 and my L11? Is there backpack limits or something?

Which spec? Viper or that ninja guy(Scorpion) or the zombie groom(Hawk)?

Last one: Are the specs out of the supply cases permanent? Which case was that again? Black HiSec, right?

for weapons, you get to equip any weapon you want, but you need a backpack license to bring more than 1 type of gun (like bringing an ar and sr)

scorpian because hes a ninja and viper because shes in that tight suit...

yes, the specialists out of the black hisecs are permanent. you have a really low chance of getting it though.
