If you guys heard of a thing called "Google," then maybe a simple search would get you an answer. UTC can also be referred as GMT. So -8 UTC is also known as -8 GMT. So 4 PM at -8 GMT would mean 12 AM GMT. So if you went to school, all you do is add or subtract by your time zones. Wanna know your time zones? Then Google your location.
