New combat arms mods download system? (improove anti-leech)

ok so im freaking bored with all the leechers that pops in and take all the mods (or hacks) and then run away strait to gorefag, so choose your option, or even if its not about leeching, to get abit more outa mods or hacks, so discuss!

Just don't release it in the first place!

I already have someone in FSP that is a top member in Gorfag so FSP is covered with leeching. But that would work.

I completly fucking agree we need a way 2 stop these ******s and quick I recently ran into a modder in game who was aparrently useing my mods and he said he was XxXOMEGAXxX on MPGH I wanted 2 kill that fucker now we need a way to stop these fags

Minimum 250 to download hacks, unless they have consent from the creator.
