[Tutorial] Silver Texture Mod.
Hi guys, today Im going to show you how to make a silver texture for your favorite weapon in combat arms but, before starting I must say some shit.
1) English is my second language...so bare with it
2) I wont teach how to extract from the .rez, the .dtx convertion or the inject... You should know how to do it and a tutorial for it has been made before ._.U
3) That is all... enjoy the tutorial...
Ok, before start reading this you will need:
1)Photoshop
2)Weapon texture(already open in Ps)
3)Common sense...
Now you should be ready... lets start!

Ok, before start reading this you will need:
1)Photoshop
2)Weapon texture(already open in Ps)

Now you should be ready... lets start!
1)Do a new layer and fill it with a gray color.
2)Now open the the layer options
3) Choose the option that says color
By now your gun should look the same..maybe alittle darker...
4) Now, duplicate your gray color layer, go to the the layer option menu and,
choose the "color dodge" option.
5) By now your gun is almost silver..it might need alittle more color.. to make it brighter press ctrl+u and a window should come up. Change the lightness, till you feel it is bright enough!
(I duplicate the layer several times and,and erased some parts with a low opacity brush...)
That is everything...you should now have your own silver texture mod! here is the final ss!
2)Now open the the layer options
3) Choose the option that says color
