Guys can someone give me a link to a tutorial, how to use Sony Vegas 9.0 plz.

or can u guys tell me how i can do this thing...
You know how people cover there face or someone else's face?
so people wouldn't recognize them?
u can do it with Sony Vegas and with other programs...but not sure how
