HELP cant join Warrock

HELP I cant join Warrock i ve already registred 3 new player and i only can join th login on warrock. net, but in the game they say unregisterd user what shall i do. PLS HELP

there are 31 people reading the forum about "Unregisted User" which is the error that i get as well.

"We are looking into why players are getting the Unregistered User Error, at this time it is under investigation and there is no ETA on a fix."
