I finally managed to make a new Korean WarRock account and i got a pretty good score:

Anyways, use netlimiter and set the up limit to 1k.
You'll be 100% invisible on the yellow side and 90% invisible on the green side.
Only 2-3 members on the yellow side will be able to see you. The rest will be like "Wtf?"
