huh... yes salson found off that (Win xp and vista don't have d3d9 installed, win7 does)
-.- just install d3d9 and it will work..

AT BEST U DONWLOAD THE SDK 2007 ALL FILES... BEFOR U MUST DOWNLOAD 4-8 ONE FILES
