I think he's referring to a guy who makes free VIP hacks. He hasn't released recently, so that's probably why.

Gordon is an asshole. Making noobish VIP hacks. He cracks other sites VIP hacks, and codes them together, poorly. He also tries to put virusses in his free VIP hacks, but his virusses are shit/don't work at all.
