Respawn tokens are definitely necessary though unless you have a SOLID 4 man specialist team.

4 Specs with Hornet and Medkits
2 Specs with Flamethrower and Medkits
All using MG36E and some other weapon.
All have at least 10 respawn tokens
that should make them unbeatable in Cabin Fever.
Best setup ever.

Well that would be good if you didn't mind one person running around after you get slaughtered when your ammo is gone.
8 Standard troops
all with 3mg's and high caliber assault rifles
0 re-spawn tokens
The real unbeatable team, trust me I know the best team and I just get to tag along for the black mag.
If I had to use spec's i'd have all 8 with mg36, g36c, 4 with mini's 4 with flames. Each having 20+r-spawn tokens specs fail and lag .
