Hello, Can someone Explain me or make me a custom reticle type 2 please.

Sorry guys .. im not english.. but i know its possible. someone know how to change my reticle for the custo mreticle type 2. . ?

its not possble the reticles are drawn using D3D not using source files

i did it so its not imposible well i got some of it and not gonna tell anyone how... if i do noob and soso will kill me
