The only thing you need is HMT w/ the 64 plugins
1. open your map in HMT
2. scroll down to [proj] projectile tag
3. find vehicles\scorpion\tank shell and copy the meta
4. paste the meta over weapons\rocket launcher\rocket
5. save, then scroll down to [weap] weapon tag
6. find weapons\rocket launcher\rocket launcher
7. scroll to triggers and set it to 0, then make rounds per second 50 and rounds per second-to 50, projectiles fired 50, and set rounds per shot to 0
8. save and test xD
