Problem with one of my programs

Hi,
one of the programs I've made has a problem, it starts when the computer is turned on and It's supposed to be invisible, I've acomplished everything until here but I've got two problems:
Altough it doesn't appear has a window beause it's an invisile form and it doesn't appear in taskmanager it appears when you click "ALT+TAB" to change the window your at, how can I make it to not appear there, anyone has an idea?
When the program form loads it's supposed to create a file in the selected directory, altough every time I start my pc it sends a warning telling me the file already exists, how can I make it skip the file creation code if it already exists?

Keylogger? it really looks like it.. ;o not saying it is one.. but..

Well I dunno off the top of my head about hiding from the alt-tab, and I can't be bothered opening VB.

But use this to check if the file exists.

If not IO.FileExists("C:\LOL.exe")
'copy your file
Else
'nothing happens
End If
[/php]

If the file already exists in the specified location, it will do nothing. Otherwise it will copy the file.

Does someone know anything about the "ALT+TAB" problem?

Ps:I do have a file I know it has a keylogger on it, I ran it trough a virus scan and it didn't came up with any malware, then did the same thing with my antivirus and still it didn't detect, from now on i'm gona be a lot more carfull about what I download...

I was kind of joking,
I'm proud of beeing portuguese, just don't like our politicians and theyr politics at all (talking off the whole main partys(i think that's how you say it), to bad I'm still not old enough to vote...)

This sounds a bit suspicious, firstly it sounds malicious and secondly to support my theory in the posted code you provided;
