[SOLVED] Yes, a help thread coming from my direction
First of all Fuck steam.
When i try to login on steam support to contact yhem about my problem,
they tell me my account doesn't exist.
Tried to login with 2 other accounts, and with all of em, steam just tells me the account doesn't exist.
Well SMD steam.
Anyways, I have purchased the new DLC, but there is no way i can download it.
I tried every single thing i could find, hell, i even completely reinstalled the game.
No. Success.

Just give the last 4 digits on the card and full name + expiration day to steam and they should find it
Worked for me when i got hijacked
my account is not hijacked, i can still login on steam, but stupid steam support wont let me login on their webpage.

BUT:
To Download/install the DLC do the following (I bought Stimulus...)
Steam icon in taskbar > Library > Find "Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2: Multiplayer" > Right click > View Downloadable Content > Click on Your DLC and select install, or it should automatticly install after clicking on the DLC

i made a different steam "support" account and it worked,
i WAITED 2 weeks just to get a reply that i already tried from a mate... ffs!

At first, I had problems as well, when it was just released. What I did was change my download location a few times from within the steam settings, and then it worked.
As for the steam forums/support, they are almost as bad as at infinityward..

Afaik the new DLC isn't released until tomorrow (6th July) so you probably won't be able to download it until then
In my opinion i think your acc is suspended for reasons idk. but most likely suspended
