[Release] L96a1 sound to rifle sound

First sound mod, its kinda quiet, and not to good, but I will try to make better ones.

A bit, but I used a whole different sound altogether. And the quality is crap because its 30 fps, half size, and meant TO LISTEN TO IT, NOT WATCH IT! I did it so no lag.
