Right now I have a video card which can't run CA on lowest quality and its a piece of shit/yea
Right now I'm looking at

but is there any other card this is near that price range that is better?

Stick with brand names, they will last a lot longer than cheap cards

If your willing to spend about 30 more $ then I would suggest getting a EvGA GeForce 9800 its one of the best cards i have bought and owned it's more then enough to run most games i try to play Cod..Ect...

just get Geforce 9800 GT XFX. 
Nobody else wants to say what their video card is coz they are probaly using the default one that they got with their whole pc lol
