Whats the best way to do it? ( as in how can you get the most XP out of it )
and are there any clans,groups,etc. for farming?

Isn't there a farm thread?
well my friend just uses 3 computers, 1 for him to kill people with and then the 2 that die. he puts it to 0 second respawn and kills 1 then wait a second kills the other then alternates doing it for 100 kills. he gets the max of 1100exp in each game taking about 6 minutes each 100 kills.

farming 1 on 1 is pretty boring ima
download vm ware workstation and make virtual pcs is the easyes way to get more pc on one!
