[Request] Could someone point me to a mod making tutorial?

hi there, could anybody point me to a mod making tutorial, or editing tutorial please?

erm, like in the "Call of Duty MW2 Private Servers" Thread, which i'm guessing is Gsc mods.

theres no such thing, i think you should first learn a proper language. C++ or visual basic. (In my oppinion start with C# and then get goin with C++). Good luck!

Where can i find out how to learn these things? D: but yes i really do not have any idea where to start with this or what i am doing.
