VIP Paypal Error?

Im getting an error when I try to pay using Paypal, it says that this merchant can no longer receive payments, could someone fix this?

I am guessing tis is for gett ing NX ? You can try sending a ticket .
If that still doesnt work you cant do anything about it. That happened to my account, long story.

Im having the same problem as you. I pm'd Vikash and he said hes going to contact Dave. We think Daves Paypal is having problems.
