I just got VIP and was wondering how can i prevent that twitch as much as possible? I'm using it with a sniper btw.

Only one way is possible:
to /me
to /mePlay in Large Maps eg. Snow Valley where there isn't to many people, or when it is full house camp in an are which has an 180 degree view eg. corner of the map so you only *twitch* from left to right which looks normal among snipers, but dont do it in like wide open areas where you can do that 360 degree twitch and stuff which looks really obvious
