Light in the right corner needs fixing, it doesn't blend well and takes away from your focal.
The focal point is quite effectively placed, good job on that.
The light "dot", if you will, in the upper middle, is good, but lacks flavor, and seems out of place, but notice that the arm next to it, the skin is enhanced, You can apply that to all the skin, and your focal will POP. The text is good, c4d use is slightly too much.
Splatter in right corner, HAS GOT TO GO.
The red on the right side, good use of technique, its an advanced tactic, plays to the subconscious mind. The upper median left is lacking, is plain and tasteless. Text placing GOOD JOB.
