Did you downloaded every file they told you to?

If you did you should not have that problem...

yes, redownload mw2, reupdate.

you didn't extract the dlc in the zone Ps Zone\Dlc Directly and did u put mp_playlists_dlc2.ff And dlc2_ui_mp.ff in Zone\English?
