Junk Flea/ One Man Army/ 45 kills/ All permitted.

or...

Grave Digger/ CTF/ 7 Points/ Pistol or Knife only.

Knife Mods and powerleveling will just get you banned fast
lol, if you still want to know, best methods of GP making:

Small Maps - 8v8 - Elimination / Elimination Pro (Up to 500xp and GP)
Spy Hunt - 8 to 16 Players - any map (Up to 1,000xp and GP)
Cabin Fever, either mode (Up to _____xp and GP_)
never tried bombing run, but those methods are the best
if you're an SnD/CtF (Tactical gamer) then those are very good XP and GP games too
Just try to join larger rooms and in servers like Black Market / Delta / high ranked ones
Because they not only give more GP and XP, but they up your personal skill level, awareness of enemies, as well as more legit players will be in the room.

What gun type?
MG- SMG - AR - Shotgun - Pistol - etc;

besides the Minigun, the TMP and Mac-10 are pretty much the fastest
Lemme check the stats on the TMP and Mac-10 to see which one is faster.
