windows visual 2010 wont install because of windows vista sp1 is not installed?
i know for a fact that windows sp1 is installed because i just updated my computer to sp1 just for windows visual please help?

There's no difference between the way express and full version compile code.
Express is fine if you're not planning on using the .res editor(or use an external .res editor)
