thats weak, if i get some good seeders that are close to me i can hit 2-3 megabytes a second other wise i average 700kb-1meg

Torrents aren't illegal, idiot, it's some of the stuff you download from it that are illegal.

torrents are not illegal but you have to download them with a download mennager and when you are downloading a torrent with a download mennager you are sharing the other files you have on your computer. and that is illigal.
by limewire you can shut that off so than you are only downloading and not sharing your files.
