Yes what software are you using i would like ot know aswell my suggestion is to use the 2nd theme for all of them.

something made from scratch. dont mod the original ones. im tired of seeing these modded defauls

can u make one with the happy face but when you kill someone the pointing end of the star comes out as well as the smiley face. i have seen them somewhere but dont know where they are :P
