acc hacked

my friend acc was hacked he received that acc form a player hes friend and he don't knows the acc email or secret question what i can make to get the acc bk ? somebody cant change pass ????

get z8 to get the ip that he made the account with and then get the account users ip and if its dif they could reset the pass

contact z8 support and give them all proof you got about the account and i think you should get it back..
