irc commands

does anyone know where i could find a list of commands that i would need to repeatedly send/listen for in order to maintain a connection to an irc server? since im moving from mirc to c++ coding id like to run with something im a little more familiar with than directx.

just to be clear, the server type in question is unreal 3.2.x
use WPE pro to capture packets in an empty IRC server.

nah, if iwas doing that id just go modify one of the hundreds of available sources (phatbot anyone?). im going to make a bot that does stuff like posts rss feeds, searches youtube, etc. just stuff that i find useful for every day use.

lol, its entertaining to see what happens though

OOOOO, isee what you mean. well, i can help you get one up and running. distribution i will not support though. i know enough to bastardize it and make it undetectable by MOST anti viruses
