ok i put the sleep like this Sleep(100);
but i want to know what the best number for it cuz i dont want it to lagg

For hotkeys you can almost get away with Sleep(100); but I prefer Sleep(200); because if the user is fat fingered it might turn on and off in the same keydown.
I use sleep(200);. There is half the amount of lag as there is with sleep(100);

ok i going to test it out i used cn tut
I was being a little joking on the second part. But really, the number is what ever you like. 100 is a tenth of a second, so 150 or 200 are almost impossible to to discern.
I use 50, its fine for me.
I use Sleep(50); for everything, i don't know i guess its just me, but i prefer it.
+ its doesn't lag.
