If you're banned your best shot is to try to use the ticket support system (which currently doesn't work I think ). Otherwise there is no "unbanner" I know of.

Not necessarily, I've seen friends suck up to admins long enough to get accounts unbanned. Totally pisses me off

Just check the user list every 3 minutes and see if an admin comes online. I don't know if you'll manage to get it unbanned. One of my friends (no names for my safety ) had a high level (triple asterisk-wise) and nagged and begged and said it was an accident and so on.
