As far as I know, its server-side. So the only way you could do it, is to spam some sort of healing packet. Or you could remove the ASM address that takes damage.

there is a health hack out there, u have like 33333 hp for 1 round. the only inf ammo i know of is a bug in wolf base. (soon to change once we can bypass xtrap to use a debugger).
the hp hack is highly private. i think theres 3 ppl using it in total. for the inf ammo, simply use up ur main weapon ammo, then ur secondary weapon has infinite ammo, wolf base only. enjoy ur killer handgun lol.
