Can someone make a mod that makes you Brigadier of army !? Because it can be very helpfull, you can buy all gp wps 
Afaik, you can't just mod your level

there is only one way to get your level that high without actually playing
thats hacking into Nexons servers to change your rank
and i dont think you want to risk a law suit with Nexon.
However, there are visual mods that make it look like your a different rank, but doesnt really change it
