ok so i installed this and extract it to my combat arm and system 32 folder and it still says im missing it. can someone help me through team viewer right now??

Dont just install the dll. You need to get the latest .net framework.

well make sure its the CORRECT dll, some dll's have similar names like msvcr100 and msvcr100d, and so on Download and extract the right DLL

i have the right .dll but it still dont work tho.

...update your .net framework. Just downloading the dll from one of those dll sites will not solve your issue.
