Lol I have a friend in Korea. He plays starcraft all the time and sometimes CA and says there are NO hackers. I'm sure he would rage if I hacked his game.

Are CA KR accounts really necessary?

No Jabuuty671. Not 'ANYONE' can make them. Well they probably could , but they would need to get a Korean persons KSSN, Korean name, and other stuff. Plus, you couldn't download it n/e ways, you would have to be in Korea or have a Korean proxy.
