[Tut] Aluseu's Quick and Simple Gold Tut
Hello mpgh Aluseu here to tell you how to make a very simple gold mod so it doesnt look like shit, literally
for this tutuoriol all you need is basic photoshop skills and you must know how to texture mod!!
im gonna be using the M16A3 for this:
Step1:
Overlay the gun with white to make it brighter:
****NOTE**** For other guns like the Scar it will be harder to get it to a silver color!!
Step2:
Overlay it with this wierd looking color
Red: 255
Green: 249
Blue: 157
It Shoud look like this:
Overlayed on the Gun:
Step 3:
Overlay it with the next color:
Red: 250
Green: 205
Blue: 138
It Should look like this:
On the Gun:
Step 4:
Overlay it with the Next Color:
Red: 169
Green: 131
Blue: 79
It should look like this:
On the Gun:
Step 5:
Overlay it with a gray color until you like it, i did it 4 times with this gun just to clean it up a lil bit:
Color i Used:
Red: 115
Green: 115
Blue: 115
Looks like this:
Final Product:
*****SIDE NOTES*****
1. If you want more of a yellow gold simply add a layer of yello in between steps 1 and 2
2. This is only a basic mess around with different colors to get a gold
like
3. Other guns like the Scar or M6A2 may be harder since its not black to begin with, just mess around with it, i suggest for the Scar just using the Scar Black then renaming the texture files
