IP Tracking?

Hey guys, sorry if this is a choob question, but is there such thing as an IP tracker while playing combat arms? When my friend was playing earlier, someone was saying that he was tracking someone's IP while they were playing.

Was the guy joking or what? I'm just very curious.

To track another persons IP, they'd have to go through server-log files because

Of course is not possible. In CA ppl think other ppl are dumb and more than 50% of the players are jack asses.

Just send a megaphone saying that if somebody add you as a friend you will gift guns. You will receive tons of friends request for that bullshit.
