What is the max signature size (in pixels and in bytes)?

it used to be that you could only have the equivalent of 2 400x150 sigs and 3 userbars...but apparently that's not enforced anymore. i'd like to see it come back though

tbh im not sure, if your signature is annoying or too big, we will force you to remove it.

I am not planning an 'annoying' sig but a larger sig, something like 700 x 700 pixles ... that still ok?
