[Release] Hotkeys Menu Form

As a hotkeys hack user, it's a bit inconvenience when we must know which hotkeys to activate a hack, so i come up w/ the hotkey menu form. Basically it allows u to choose the hacks u want with a single click & also u can reset all hack.

For testing purpose, no fancy GUI yet & all options were in number 0 - 9.
Next version will have more buttons, combination of hotkeys, save/load setting, etc.

How to use:

1. Open my hotkeys menu form.
   - when u see this, just click ok
   
   
2. Launch combat arms + injecting your hack.
3. While in game, alt-tab back to desktop.
4. Choose hotkeys u want to activate.
5. Alt-tab back to game.
6. Hack away.

Note: If u want disable hack, simply go back to desktop & untick the hack.

If you go the the VB section of the forum and search for .NET Reactor, you can get a fully working crack of v4.0.

Small info for this beta hoykeys menu hack, apparently it doesn't hook well into combat arms process so u might having trouble enable the hotkeys when in game (not in lobby with windowed mode), i will try improve this trainer again.

I made this bcoz not everyone can make d3d menu, including me.

Solved, now it's 100% hooked to CA process
