Eating canned food is actually very healthy for you, as all the bacteria is killed when the food is in the can.. the airtight lid keep the food fresh.
Also pot... isn't nature made, the plant is.. but the pot isn't. You're taking man-made paper and using a light source to light it up.. man made again.
