Well it has Free Roam, It has Pursuit (Cops Chasing after you, the more Laws you break harder it is)

And it has Single Player and Multi-Player and Private Races,

Bad Thing: Its capped at Level 10 unless you get something called "Boost" which is $20, to be able to Level up Higher then 10
