Thinking about learning C++

Hey everyone, this is my first post in general so I wasn't sure what to make the prefix / Well I was posting this for mainly the veteran coders that know how to code well. I am thinking about trying to learn C++ so I can start coding and I was just wondering how long it took you guys to learn how to code hacks and all that good stuff. Post you're responses below, and thanks...for...you know...whatever

It's very hard to learn C++ online. It's even harder by yourself. It's much easier if you have a real-life tutor teaching you.

Haha I wasn't asking for help learning it, I was just wondering how long it took some of the coders on MPGH /

Hahaha sweet, thanks for the advice, I still might learn it though because I already took Programming my freshman year, and I plan to continue

That's true, but you'll have to rely on other people all the time which is no good.

To answer, it takes 6 moths to a year to learn enough to code hacks by yourself.

anyone would take 2 seconds to c&p

than take 2 years of their life to learn c++

Learn fully for yourself or do what I do;
Don't code hacks, find an awesome coder who does then become friends with him/her. When he starts making better and more releases, help as much as possible. Then when you are friends with an awesome coder, you'll never have to learn

I already am friends with a really awesome coder, but I was kidding about the rest.
Learn by yourself, it's fun if you like it and will do you some good.

You won't get a specific time, people learn at their own pace.
