Please Important: Kill Marks

Hi all, I try these kill marks so much but I can not find anyone who has them .... can you help me?

I think that's a custom Kill mark only available to the creator. I'm not sure if he publicitized the marks tho :/

its not public i have had those kill marks before for about a month they are really cool
um is the download on in the video discretion?

I think its only a negatif color killmarks. easy to do.

this guy is pro i could be like him if i had a better fps ingame. ( best is 12. normal is 5. so i lag )
